Help Desk, Media, and Classroom Services
Welcome to Help Desk, Media, and Classroom Technology! HMCT is responsible for two primary functions, the Technology Help Desk and Media Services to the campus.
Technology Help Desk
Provides a one-stop shopping approach to all technology service requests for Gallaudet University students, faculty and staff.
You may submit requests for service several ways:

Media Services
Provide and maintains variety of technology used for classes and meetings.

Most classrooms now have permanent equipment, (computers, video projectors, etc.). Equipment deliveries are provided for locations without equipment. Equipment loaners are available for students, faculty and staff to pick up for their academic projects. Video-conferencing facilities are available on the campus. Media Services provide supplies for whiteboard, chalkboard and lamp replacement for video projectors and overhead projectors in classrooms. Central computer labs in SAC and HMB are available for students to use for their school needs.
Media and Classroom Technology maintains back-end support for the academic community, such as Blackboard, Echo 360, Video Library, Help Desk, Media Reservations and others.
